12. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  • All wagers must be made within specified wagering limits.

We may investigate potential bonus abuse incidents including but not limited to:

  • Coordinated effort with other users to achieve artificially inflated bonus awards.

If found guilty of such behavior, affected accounts will be treated according to our internal policies and guidelines without exception.

14. Deposits and Withdrawals

For players from jurisdictions that have laws or regulations prohibiting withdrawal by certain payment methods (for example PayPal), we will not provide the option for depositing into your account using any restricted payment method at the time of registering an account, and thus can withdraw funds out again via other means.

In the event of technical issues causing interruptions during gameplay, any affected user may report these incidents via support so they could review their experience further should it have occurred with them; please let us know what happened – otherwise any resulting game outcome related to that interruption would still stand under terms here unless a refund was already provided on-site.

21. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to suspend or close your account(s) at our sole discretion for:

  • Prohibited behavior listed above.
  • Potential risk to platform integrity.Any closure could result in permanent loss of funds associated.

All content, software applications, technology (hereinafter "platform") used within this website are owned by us or licensed under license agreements with respective parties.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We do not warrant or guarantee that you will experience any particular success while using our service,
  • Our aggregate liability for damages (if it arises) shall be capped at £10,000.
